The ASCE has announced the publication of the “Guidelines for Forensic Engineering Practice, Second Edition,” edited by Joshua B. Kardon. The writing and reviewing of this new publication was a group effort by active members of the Forensic Practices Committee of the Technical Council on Forensic Engineering of ASCE.
